A whole month already?
We can't be stay at home parents forever...although it has been nice to both be at home for a Emily's first month. We have discovered that Christmas break is an ideal time to have a baby if you are in graduate school. Classes started again for me today. Amy is not too sure how she feels about flying solo with Emily while I am at school and work. I am sure that this will be an adjustment, just as most of this parenting stuff has been. Starting to come out of the sleep deprivation fog has been a welcome change; Emily has begun sleeping longer at nights lately. Enjoy some new photos of Emily about 1 month old.

Big girl! Time flies, huh? I was just tucking Patrick in for the night and patting his back for a minute and started thinking about the length of his back and how my hand used to be longer than it was....not anymore. Tell Amy to call me if she's bored--free Verizon minutes!
