Emily is 9 months old!

Emily turned 9 months old on September 18th. She's a very busy girl these days. Emily loves exploring around the house. The other day she started crawling off and kept stopping every couple of feet to smile at me. She was up to something. I followed behind watching her. She crawled into her room and started reading her books. It was very cute!

She's climbing up on everything she can. One of her most recent quests is to play with the toilet paper roll in the bathroom. I have been shutting all the doors to the places that she shouldn't be, but she is very determined. It only takes her a matter of seconds to climb up on the toilet seat and then begin pulling at the roll of toilet paper. Immediately, like lightning, she tears off some of the paper and tries to insert it in her mouth. Not just once, but repeatedly, until she is physically moved from the situation. The girl is DETERMINED!!! Mostly, she is a ton of laughs.

Labor Day

Chad had the day off yesterday for Labor Day. We decided to take Emily to the park to swing on the swings. She enjoyed swinging on the swing while we were in Idaho so we though that she'd have a good time. She had fun relaxing in the swing. We took a few pictures while we were there.
