Emily Walking Her Baby Stroller

Emily is getting soooooo close to being a "walker". Nana gave Emily her first baby doll as an early birthday present. Today she learned how to take her baby for a walk. It's really cute!

Emily LOVES taking baths...especially in Nana's sink. She had such a great time splashing and soaking everyone. It was like being at Sea World and sitting in the "soak zone"! She also really liked playing in the running water.

We Love Fall!

It was a long time in coming, but Fall has finally arrived. It is so beautiful here. The weather has finally cooled off long enough for the leaves to change colors. Emily and I took a walk the other day and collected leaves. She had a wonderful time exploring their different colors and textures. At 10 months old, Emily has all of a sudden able to do many new things. It's been fun to see her make connections with the world around her.

Yesterday I bundled her up and took her in our backyard to play in the leaves. She LOVED it! She played with the leaves for a very long time. Emily even tried to sample a few. Ha! (Surprise, surprise.) She had a great time and it made for a good photo opportunity. Enjoy!

Growing

Babies grow so fast. This morning, Chad asked me what size of PJ's Emily was wearing because they seemed a little small. We checked and realized that the size was a little smaller than the rest of her PJ's. Ironically, later this morning I looked down and saw Emily's big toe sticking out of her PJ's! Well, I guess they are a little small. Ha! She's growing so fast!
