FHE Puppets
A couple of weeks ago we had a Family Home Evening lesson on how helping others makes them happy. Emily had been watching a Caillou episode where Caillou makes puppets with his Grandma out of brown lunch bags. We decided to make some puppets to use for our FHE lesson. Emily and I had a fun time making them and they turned out pretty cute. She was very excited to help me give the lesson at FHE.

The "Coola Hula"
Emily's Nana sent this cute dress to her from Hawaii. The first time I had her wear it, I had to talk her into it by telling her it was from Hawaii and she could put it on and do the "coola hula" dance like June from The Little Einsteins. She now loves to wear this dress. Every time she does, she performs the "coola hula"! She's hilarious!
"Goopy Eye"
A few weeks ago, I noticed that Annie's eye appeared to be weeping a little. Later that day I noticed that she had a "goopy" eye. Emily never had anything like this, so I wasn't sure if I need to worry about this or not. I called the doctor and they said it could be pink eye. I have been very careful with people touching Annie. To my knowledge she hadn't been around anyone with pink eye, but you never know. Later that day it started to look worse so I took her in to the doctor to check it out. Everything was fine and It cleared itself up the next day. Wierd though.
